STANDING DEPUTY MINISTER

MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

Cao Viet Sinh is currently a deputy minister at the Ministry of Planning and Investment. He was appointed to this post in 2005.

Previously, he served as Deputy Director of the Cost Norm and Planning Research Institute and as Deputy Director of the Enterprise Management Department. He was also the Director of the National Economic Issues Department. 

He holds a PhD in economics from the Moscow Agriculture Academy.
